to Mercury-Free (Year 2020)

A Message of Recommendation

The 'Minamata Convention on Mercury' requires Mercury blood pressure monitors to be phased out.

To replace mercury blood pressure monitors, I recommend Hybrid Sphygmomanometers.

Hybrid Sphygmomanometers

Under the global movement towards mercury-free products, replacing older devices containing mercury with reliable alternatives will become a significant issue.

Recently, in worldwide hypertension societies, Hybrid Sphygmomanometers are being accepted as replacement for traditional mercury blood pressure monitors.

Hybrid Sphygmomanometers can be used in a similar way to mercury blood pressure monitors. Therefore, they are easy to use for those who use mercury blood pressure monitors regularly.
